Glazed tile with natural variation, ideal for a feature wall or shower niche.

Bathrooms our clients can’t stop talking about.
He gutted my bathroom, moved plumbing, repositioned the vanity and toilet, added recess lights, and did the tile work from floor to ceiling. The tile work was done perfectly. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
It was an old and not very modern bathroom, and I wanted to change it completely. Sam and his team did a wonderful job, they used modern design materials and did an excellent job putting it all together.
Thank you Bayside for my new bathroom! They performed a great job gutting out our old guest tub and turning it into a walk-in shower!
They handled everything from getting the permits to passing inspections, and all the coordination in between. The communication was always clear and consistent, which gave us a great sense of comfort.
Bathroom remodeling questions.
Straight answers on cost, timelines, permits, and materials for your Arizona bathroom remodel.
An Arizona bathroom remodel typically runs $12,000 to $20,000 for a guest or secondary bath, $20,000 to $35,000 for a primary bath, and $35,000 to $50,000 or more for a luxury primary suite. Moving plumbing, curbless showers, and premium tile are the biggest cost drivers. Bayside gives you a fixed, itemized estimate before any demolition begins.
Construction typically takes 2 to 3 weeks for a guest bath, 4 to 5 weeks for a primary bath, and 5 to 6 weeks for a luxury suite with layout changes. Including design, permits, and custom orders, plan on roughly 2 to 5 months from your first meeting to a finished bathroom.
Yes, if the work involves plumbing, electrical, ventilation, or structural changes, most Arizona cities, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Mesa, require a permit. Cosmetic updates like paint, mirrors, and hardware usually do not. Bayside pulls and manages every permit and inspection as part of your project.
Yes, tub-to-shower conversions are one of our most requested projects. We remove the tub, rework the drain and valve, waterproof the new shower, and finish it with tile and frameless glass. Most conversions fit within a guest bath or primary bath budget.
In most homes, yes. A curbless shower needs the floor recessed or sloped so water flows to a linear drain, which we plan during design. On slab foundations, common across Arizona, this may require cutting the slab, which we confirm before construction starts.
Arizona has some of the hardest water in the country. We recommend large-format tile with fewer grout lines, quartz vanity tops, matte or brushed fixture finishes that hide spots, and a protective coating on shower glass. A whole-home water softener also helps protect new fixtures.
Yes. Most homeowners stay home and use another bathroom during construction. We seal off the work area to contain dust and keep a clean, organized job site each day.
